Alinda offers a variety of powdered products in different consumer packaging sizes.





Our portfolio includes a wide variety of products based on high-quality vegetable fat on a carrier of skimmed milk, dairy constituents, and sugars with good wettabilty and solubility (instant-type).

The vegetable fat content is at 26% or 28% while the protein content ranges between 5% to 26%  depending on the application. Customized solutions can be offered upon customer request.

Indicative applications are recombined liquid milk, yogurt, curd, cheese, desserts, chocolate, fudges, creams, cream fillings, biscuits, cookies and other preferred bakery and confectionery applications.

Skimmed milk powder is a free flowing, clean powder made from spray-drying fresh pasteurized skimmed cow's milk with a minimum protein content of 34%. Whole milk powder is produced by spray-drying fresh homogenized and pasteurised whole cow's milk. It has good solubility, good flow process and a rich creamy flavour with a minimum protein content of 24% and a minimum fat content of 26%.

For applications and markets with different needs, we have developed tailor-made solutions according to customers' requirements. These ingredients can be alternatively used instead of traditional full cream milk powders. 

Our portfolio comprises of products based on milk fat ranging from 8% up to 28% and pure milk constituents with a protein content varying between 5% and 30%.  These products can be optionally enriched with vitamins or flavours to meet customers’ specific requirements.
